How much will it cost?
We are happy to take provisional bookings while you are arranging your flights etc, and will hold dates for you for 7 working days with no obligation.
2012/13 rates per week - Nightly rates available (minimum of 3 nights stay)

Notes:
- Pool and Spa heat is £100 ($170) per week.
- Spa heat only £45 ($75) per week.
- BBQ rental possible - price on application
- Rates for periods of less than 1 week are available on request - for stays less than 5 nights there is a £60 ($100) surcharge for cleaning.
- Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged at extra cost.
- Special rates available for stays over 22 days.
- A refundable security / breakage deposit of £200 ($400) will be required with the final payment − this will normally be returned within 7 days of departure unless there are any issues.
- The balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. Full payment is required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
- To enquire about a booking please complete the enquiry form. A deposit of £200 ($400) per week will be required once the dates are agreed to secure the booking.
- Our rates include State and County taxes of 11%
- Bookings for 2013 now being taken at 2012 prices
